Ecotherapy is the practice of bringing nature in to therapy to provide a more meaningful therapeutic experience

What is ecotherapy?

Ecotherapy is about including nature in therapy in whatever way is most useful for you.

 

It could be as simple as using a metaphor of a plant growing to think about your own growth,

Or using natural objects to map out the different aspects of your life,

Or reflecting on the different landscapes that have been the backdrop to your life.
